Cancellation

Creative CV Consultants respectfully request 24 hours notice of any cancellation of appointments. All cancelled sessions are non-refundable but with notice and upon request, we will try to reschedule another date within a month wherever possible.

If you give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or do not attend a booked appointment, the session will be lost.

We aim to honour all of our bookings and will not cancel your session unless this is unavoidable. If we do have to cancel, you’ll receive as much notice as possible and be offered another appointment to use within a month.

Time keeping
Creative CV Consultants adhere to strict professional standards of time keeping and expect you to arrive on time for appointments. Please allow plenty of time to find us just as you would for an interview. If there is an unavoidable delay that could not be anticipated please let us know as soon as possible. In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a late arrival but is likley to reduce the amount of time left for your consultation.  

Payment
All fees for services are payable online in advance and are non-refundable.

Data Protection
Your personal details are safe with us. We promise to never share or sell your personal details with third parties without your prior consent. 

Disability
CV Cafe meetings are held in public spaces, we choose locations that are disability accessible. If you have any particular requirements please contact us in advance to discuss how we can help.

Complaints
